Refunds are not offered for an act of God (rainout, hurricane, earthquake, etc.), strike, lockout or if a show is cancelled and refunds are not offered by the official team or venue's box office. Any shipping charges associated with an order are not refundable. We are not able to offer refunds for postponed events; however, the original tickets issued will be honored for the rescheduled date and time.
